After all, the saying goes, “Anyplace is good to live in if it’s a city.” Even a home that is lacking in aesthetic or functional aspects can become something that you develop an attachment to once you start living in it. I think that value system is valid as well.<\/p>\n
However, I believe that most people want to build a “good” house, which will be the biggest purchase of their lives.<\/p>\n
So, what is a “good” house?<\/p>\n
Is it a cool house designed by a designer?<\/p>\n
Is it a user-friendly house that places emphasis on functionality?<\/p>\n
Is it a cheap house to build?<\/p>\n
All of these seem like possible answers, but they do not really provide an answer, do they?<\/p>\n
To be honest, even I do not know what a “good” house is.<\/p>\n
However, I believe that there is only one way to build a “good” house, which is to have trust among all parties involved, including the client, the designer, and the construction company.<\/p>\n
If the client and the designer cannot think “This person seems like they will work hard” or “Let’s work hard for this person,” I do not think a “good” house can be built.<\/p>\n
Therefore, I hope that all of you can spend as much time as possible with your designer discussing and searching for your own “good” house.<\/p>\n
